- For the main EU countries, your parcel will generally arrive within 24 to 48 working hours of dispatch.
- For more remote areas, this can take from 48 to 72 hours.
- Some destinations outside the EU may take a little longer, but we are committed to offering you the shortest possible delivery time.

Same Day Shipping - Our Commitments

- Orders placed before 2 p.m.: Orders placed before 2 p.m. (local time) will be dispatched the same day, so that you can benefit from express delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 p.m.: Orders placed after 2 p. m. will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day, and will be dispatched just as quickly.
- Weekends and public holidays: Due to postal closures, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
