Our products have been carefully designed to give you complete satisfaction.

However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the items and request a refund.

⚠️ Only unopened products will be refunded.
📦 You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged parcel - Claims procedure

If your parcel shows visible damage at the time of delivery, whether at a relay point or by hand delivery, you must refuse receipt. The parcel will then be returned to the sender, enabling us to open a claim with the carrier and consider a refund or return of the products.

⚠️ Any parcel accepted despite damage will not be accepted.
We therefore recommend that you check the condition of your parcel before accepting it.


REFUND

📦 Parcel not received
If three weeks after shipment, you have still not received your order, we will refund your money.

🚀 Chronopost service
If you have opted for Chronopost and your package has not been delivered within three days, we will reimburse you for the cost of this service.

⚠️ Parcel marked as "delivered"
Once the tracking system indicates that your order has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, we invite you to file a claim with the carrier, which we also do on our side to request a thorough investigation.


Complaints about your order

At Sniffywe do our utmost to guarantee you the best possible experience. If you encounter a problem with your order(missing, damaged, incorrect product or any other concern), here are the steps to follow:

1️⃣ Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] specifying :

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Photos of damaged or incorrect products

2️⃣ Processing your request

  • Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours.
  • The average time taken to process a claim is 7 to 14 days, depending on the nature of the problem.

3️⃣ Possible solutions
Depending on your situation, we can offer :

  • Product replacement
  • Total or partial reimbursement
  • A credit to use on our site
